Concierge Application

Apply for VR&E Concierge

Concierge is done-with-you navigation from the day you hire me through your counselor meeting. It's an application-gated engagement because the work is custom to your situation, and I only take on clients where I can genuinely help. Tell me where you are in the VR&E process and what you're working toward — I'll let you know if it's a fit.

What Happens After You Apply

The application takes about 5 minutes. Once submitted, here's what to expect:

1

Application Review (24–48 hours)

I review your application personally to understand your situation, where you are in the VR&E process, and whether Concierge is the right fit for you. If it isn't, I'll tell you honestly and point you to what actually fits.

2

Interview Scheduled

If your situation looks like a fit, I'll schedule a 20-minute interview call to confirm details and answer your questions before we both commit. This is a no-pressure conversation — we're both deciding if this is right.

3

Acceptance and Kickoff

If we're both a yes, you receive onboarding instructions, the engagement agreement, and your first two kickoff sessions scheduled within a week of enrollment.

4

If Not the Right Fit

If Concierge isn't what you need, I'll tell you that upfront and point you to what actually makes sense — the self-serve Academy, the Counselor Meeting Prep Session, or another resource entirely. Honest fit matters more than a sale.

Concierge is the premium tier. Most veterans are better served by self-serve products or the 1:1 Counselor Meeting Prep Session.
What VR&E Concierge Actually Is

A 5-phase done-with-you engagement. You arrive at your counselor meeting with a plan package ready for counselor review — not a starting point.

Phase 1 — Kickoff (Weeks 1–2)

  • Initial consultation call (60 min)
  • Intake review session (60 min)
  • Written situation assessment

Phase 2 — Application Support (if you haven't already applied)

  • VA Form 28-1900 review with written feedback
  • Live application walkthrough call
  • Async draft review before submission

Phase 3 — Plan Package Development

  • Written plan package document: vocational goal statement, track recommendation, service-connected evidence summary, proposed services list, justification narrative connecting your conditions to your employment handicap to your proposed track
  • 1–2 refinement sessions with you before your counselor meeting

Phase 4 — Counselor Meeting

  • 90-minute counselor meeting prep session
  • Written strategic brief document
  • Post-meeting debrief call
  • Async counselor meeting day support (text/email, not on the call itself)

Phase 5 — Closeout

  • Counselor signs plan OR requests revisions. One round of revisions included if counselor requests changes.
  • Final 30-minute closeout call
  • Phase 2 (post-approval support) discussed as a separate engagement if you want ongoing help

Engagement Details

  • Total time commitment: 20–30 hours over 2–4 months, depending on your situation
  • Concurrent client cap: I take on no more than 8–12 Concierge clients at a time. If you're accepted, you get actual attention.

What Concierge Does NOT Include

  • Post-approval implementation support
  • Rehab phase navigation
  • Case closure support
  • Plan revisions beyond the first round
  • Appeals or disputes

Those are separate engagements.

Why Application-Gated

Concierge isn't the right answer for everyone. Some veterans are better served by the $47 Quick Start Guide. Others are best served by the $497 Counselor Meeting Prep Session for a single meeting. Concierge is for veterans who want the entire strategic arc from hire through their counselor meeting handled with me directly involved at every step.

Concierge vs. Counselor Meeting Prep — What's the Difference?

The Counselor Meeting Prep Session ($497) is one 60–90 minute session focused on one specific counselor meeting. Concierge ($4,997) is a multi-month engagement across application, plan package development, counselor meeting prep, and closeout. If you just need help preparing for one meeting, buy the $497 session. If you want guided navigation across your entire pre-approval journey, apply for Concierge.
