The VR&E System Is Designed to Help You. It's Also Designed to Lose You.

75,027 veterans stalled in the pipeline last year. 48,337 completed counseling but never got a plan. The VR&E Success Academy makes sure that's not you.

See What's Inside

The Numbers Don't Lie

75,027 Veterans stalled somewhere in the VR&E pipeline in FY2024
48,337 Completed initial counseling but never received a rehabilitation plan
18,823 Had a plan and discontinued — dropped out or were removed from the program

VR&E benefits are worth $130,000–$440,000+. No tuition cap. 48 months of funding. Monthly subsistence allowance. And most veterans either never apply or give up halfway through. Not because the benefit isn't there — because nobody taught them how to navigate it.

The Math Behind the Investment

VR&E benefits are worth $130,000–$440,000+ in education, training, subsistence, and career support. There's no tuition cap. There's 48 months of entitlement (extendable with Serious Employment Handicap). And most veterans either never apply or drop out of the process before benefits are used.

The Academy teaches you how to navigate the system that delivers those benefits. It's education about a benefit you've already earned — not a shortcut, not a guarantee, not claims representation. Just the navigation playbook that 75,027 stalled veterans didn't have.

Stop Navigating Blind

VR&E is worth $130,000–$440,000+ in education, training, and support. The Academy is less than 1% of that value, and it's the navigation playbook 75,027 stalled veterans didn't have.
